Information Sheets for Parents/Carers of Children and Young People with Intellectual or Developmental Disability

The School-Link team is currently working on a new project. To provide accessible and up to date information sheets on mental health and intellectual disability for carers (staff and parents) of children and adolescents with an intellectual disability. These will be made accessible by providing the resources in lay English, Easy Read and translated into a variety of languages. We hope that these information sheets will be reliable resources for schools to share with families and the community. We ask for participation in an online survey to collect information about what topics you will find most useful and which languages you would use the most. We appreciate your input in creating a worthwhile resource.
